Shen Kolli Church is known as a protected cultural area as it is an important cult object in Devoll. The church is located in the village of Hoçisht and its construction started at the beginning of the 20th century. Construction was halted due to the turmoil of the First World War and with it the silverwork with which it was originally built disappeared.

Years later, frescoes and wall paintings were built, which have been lost over the years. The structure of this building is unique and inviting to anyone who enters it. Today this place is a palimpsest that has survived time and today stands monumental.
