Kanina Mosque, Vlorë

The Kanina Mosque or the Haxhi Bektash Veliu Mosque is a monument of cultural heritage, in Kanina, Vlora. This monument is of the "Architecture" type approved in January 2006. Its typology is a one-volume building, Halvatian culture of the 18th century.

The Kanina Mmosque or the Haxhi Bektash Veliu Mosque, is located in the center of the village. The building is a volume with one floor. The corners are made of characteristic carved stone. While the hall is illuminated by a system of windows raised in height and decorated with a vault.

Its construction is related to the name of the chief admiral of the Turkish fleet, Sinan Pasha, who settled in Vlora and Kanina at the beginning of the 16th century, his descendants are the descendants of the famous Vlora family.
