The Church of St. Jovan Boboshtice is located in Boboshtice, Korça. Based on the construction technique, the material used for construction and other data, it is thought that the church was built during the second half of the 14th century.

The church is composed of the nave and the narthex which was built at a later time. The interior walls of the church are painted and its height is about 6.5 m. It is covered with a roof and country tiles. The masonry is made of ashlar stone and brick in the part of the nave, while the part of the narthex is built with a stone wall bound with mud. The floor is paved with bricks and the part of the extension is tiled. From the outside, the apse has the shape of a trapezoid and from the inside, in the shape of a semicircle.

Architecturally, it was built in the same period as the church of Saint Miter. Both are close to each other and the early painting of this church stands out, which, like the Church of St. Miter, has red wall paintings. St. John's Church has a typical construction, where stone is alternated with bricks, which are placed sometimes horizontally and sometimes vertically and with a large use of mortar, which shows the antiquity of the use of this technique.
