Reivews 0

Ksamili Beach is located south of Saranda, about 18 km off the road to Butrint. The beach is known differently by the locals as Skambil.
The entire coastline of Ksamil is made by fine and white sand, surrounded by small islands with blue and crystal clear water that make the beach a natural wonder. Some of the rental service you can find there are: sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats, etc.
The 3 Islands have been declared natural monuments.  They are next to each other at about 7.5-15 m above sea level.  Around the beach there are typical types of Mediterranean trees such as: ilceja, virriu, vidhi, dafina, myrsina of the Qurcio-Ilicis class.  It has a fairly rich flora and fauna, where it is worth highlighting: phanerogamy and bivalve.
To visit it, follow the Saranda-Ksamil highway.  There are also a number of small hotels and guest houses, most of which are open all year round.
What makes Ksamil special are the bars and restaurants along the coast, which are built of wood.  Seafood products are fresh and of a fairly high quality due to the cleanliness of the sea and high salinity.  The menus offer different types of fish, seafood, the indispensable Butrint mussel, but also traditional cuisine, which is usually offered in small taverns and family restaurants.
