The Presidency is a cultural heritage monument in Tirana. This monument is of the "Architecture" type, approved in March 2007. Its typology is allat, XX century construction. The foundations for its construction were laid in 1959.
The building is extremely conventional with exaggerated ornamentation. The large volume of the building is broken by the vertical rhythm of the massive columns carried forward and away from each other and the recessed window borders. The building is built far from the edge of the road, giving it a special character that emphasizes its importance.
