Shkëmbi i Zanave is located in the north-east of the village of Qerret, at an altitude of 680 m above sea level. There is a cave, a mill and a mill with the same name. Inside it, you can hear the characteristic noises of the underground waters, which over the centuries have come as echoes of fairies, from which it got the name "Fairy Mill".
