Flag Pine, Llogara

Flag Pine is located in the National Park of Llogara, a little north of the pass with the same name, 910 m above sea level. It has the shape of a flag as a result of the action of strong southeast winds.

The pine belongs to the Pinus nigra species, about 100 years old. The tree has a height of about 20 m and a trunk diameter of 75 cm. This monument has scientific, biological, aesthetic and touristic values. Flag pine has constantly attracted the attention of local and foreign visitors and has been published in various tourist guides and scientific publications.

To get to Pisha Flamur, follow the Vlorë-Saranda national road (km 31). At the exit of Llogara Park and to the right of the main road is the Flag Pine, easily recognizable.
