Shkopet Lake is located in the northeast of Albania, near the city of Shkodra. It lies along the border between Albania and Montenegro. The lake has a rare shape, centering around a deeper area known as the "Eye of the Cyclops". Lake Shkopet is a large natural lake in Albania, with a beautiful and surrounding nature. It is formed by the waters flowing from the Drin i Zi river and the Kir river.
