The lawn of tears is located in Korçë, on the road that leads to Bilisht. This lawn has a touching story for many, many young people, who left their loved ones, children or families in tears and pain for a better life.
For many generations in a row from this lawn of tears, people looked with bitterness at the landons or carts, the tenants with their animals, the caravans of the kurbet, as they called them then, that snatched hundreds and thousands of young people from the hearths of the city and the countryside, to 'removed from families and country to sell arm strength elsewhere.
