Ksamil Islands or Tetranis Islands are four small islands located 8 km south of Saranda. Ksamil Islands are the most attractive part of this coastal area.The combined area of the four islands of Ksamil is 7.1 ha and they are part of Butrint National Park.

The islands can be reached by boat. All four islands are named after the village where they are located, Ksamil, which is located in the east of the islands. At a height of 7.5-15 m above sea level, these small rocky islands are located next to each other.

Several restaurants have been built on the island, which are only accessible by boat. Many visitors choose Ksamil for the magic of the islands, the tranquility, the small and clean beaches, among the most beautiful of the Ionian coast.
