Guri i Gjatë(Long Stone), Urxuall

Near the village of Urxuall, in the municipality of Derjan of the district of Mat, you find a wonderful landscape with a unique sandstone and conglomerate formation, known as the Long Stone.

This stone, which is located 600 meters above sea level, stands out for its special shape on the mountain slope, with a length of over 20 meters and a width of 10-15 meters. From a distance, this stone resembles the portrait of the national hero Gjergj Kastriot Skenderbeu. You can visit this place by traveling through the rural road Shoshaj (Burrel) – Derjan – Urxuall.
