Erzen Canyons, Pëllumbas

The canyons of Erzen lie in the mouth of Skorana with a length of 1.08 km. These are among the most beautiful canyons in the Tirana area. The canyon is filled with pools, cataracts, boulders and straits of all shapes. Very near the middle of the canyon, there are three springs. where two of them have sulfur mineral water. This means that the water from the sources of below it has a blue-blue color, while above the springs it is green. The Erzen River in one of the hollows created reaches up to 10 m deep. There are pits at the place where the waterfalls flow, which during the summer are used for swimming and beachcombing. The depth of the canyons creates the opportunity to swim in the crystalline water that characterizes it. The canyons of Erzen remain a very frequented destination, where nature has created a spectacular view over millions of years.
