 The village of Pishë-Poro is located in the coastal lowland south of the Vjosa spillway, in Levan i Fier.  The current area is 1,500.00 ha and is part of Myzeqe e Vogel or Myzeqe e Vlora. It is the area of ​​one of the most important deltas of the country, where the most pronounced sand dunes of the country meet, up to 4 m high.  

Also an area of ​​Mediterranean pine forests.  Regarding the physical-geographic data of the area, the plant diversity is known for the value of aromatic plants and medicinal plants, where 112 such plants have been recorded.  The richness of the plant diversity of this area is determined by the features of the environment, which are related, among other things, to the presence of sand, drought or excess water (ponds and lagoons) and soil salinization.
 

According to the characteristics of the environment, the following vegetation is distinguished: the vegetation of the marshlands, the vegetation of salt marshes and salt marshes, the herbaceous vegetation of the wastelands, the vegetation of the lower river beds and of the freshwater areas and the vegetation of the coastal marshes.
 In the clean waters of the Vjosa delta, the globally endangered species of otter, otter, etc. can be found.  While the importance of this river for migratory fish is: trout.  It is an important area for birds, especially for birds of prey such as: falconiformes.
 

The area is generally poor in groundwater.  These waters accumulate in shallow sandy deposits, which are of low quality and volume.  The main drain of the area is the Vjosë River, which flows into the Adriatic Sea.  Neogene and Quaternary deposits are distinguished in the area of ​​Pishë-Poros.  Quaternary deposits according to their genesis are divided into: deluvial and alluvial.  Quaternary alluvial deposits fill the entire Vjosa valley.
 Pishë-Poros beach
 Pishë-Poros beach in Fier has a high number of tourists, local and foreign.  With about 9.5 km of coastline, this beach offers vacationers sandy beaches and soft pine forest.  Stretched between the Vjosa River and Zvrnec of Vlora, Pishë-Poro offers a coastline very suitable for the development of family tourism.
 Pine- Poro has been declared a category IV protected area, while it is known as an area of ​​Mediterranean pine forests.  In the clean waters of the Vjosa delta, the globally endangered species of otter can be found, as well as migratory fish (trout).
