Zall Gjocaj National Park is located in Mati district, Dibër. With an area of 140 ha, the park together with the area around it has high biodiversity values.According to phytogeography, the park consists of endemic and subendemic species, alpine meadows, glacial lakes, numerous streams and a fauna with special characteristics.
In the forest there are: pine, arren, oak, ash, etc. In terms of fauna, the park is very important and a nucleus for large mammals such as: bear, wolf, lynx, roe deer, etc.Among the birds we mention: the mountain eagle, etc.
Zall Gjocaj National Park, in addition to its scientific and natural values, together with the area around it, stands out for its aesthetic values and landscapes with great ecotourism attraction. This park is quite attractive for local and foreign visitors.
