Reivews 0

Bjeshka of Orosh is located east of Rrëshen, in Lezhë. Oroshi is also the heart of Mirdita, with an area of 4.745.00 ha. It was declared a protected area of managed resources in 1996.
This is a very attractive mountain area with many opportunities for the development of types of mountain tourism. Meadows, springs, steep slopes and alpine pastures are widespread. The most interesting area is Subsite with the water sources and Lugje plains. Oroshi is also an important historical place. Here was the core of the creation of the province of Mirdita and at the same time in the 15th century, it was one of the most important centers of anti-Ottoman resistance. In Orosh, there was also the Mirdita abbey.
The mountain area with geological formations remains quite interesting, with karst caves and wells, of a scientific and cognitive value. One of them is Pasha's cave, which has become an attraction for tourists. Oroshi represents an area with a combination of forests: black pine, alder and oak. Through the crevices of the rocks, you can find plants such as: geranium macrorrhizum, asplenium trichomanes, saxofraga paniculata, athamantha macedonica, achillea frasii, etc., all indicators of the naturalness of the forest or its climatic condition.
This is an area of rare natural beauty where inclusive, green, white, cultural and historical tourism can be practiced. Hospitality in the mirditor tradition is one of the most important virtues.
