Fir of Hotova National Park is located in the area of Frashër, about 35 km from the city of Përmet, to its northeast. The park is considered without a doubt, as the green lung of the Mediterranean with an extension of 1200 ha. The wonderful view stretches from the valley of Lumnica to the top of Kokojka Mountain.

Flora and fauna are characterized by a wonderful biodiversity, consisting mainly of Macedonian fir, oak, but also red juniper, black juniper, raspberry, etc. The animal world is rich, with a variety of mammals such as: the brown bear, the wolf, the fox, the boar and the wild rabbit. Also, the pride of this park as a typical representative remains the roe deer. Several types of birds are also observed, such as: eagles, cuckoos, partridges, sandpipers, turtles and owls.

Hunting of wild animals and birds is legally allowed in this park, mainly starting from August 15 for birds, and in September for rabbits, wild boars, partridges, etc. The hunting season ends in early spring. The park is one of the pearls of Albania and offers pleasant surprises in every season of the year.
