The Church of Saint Sotira is located in the southeast of the village of Vuno, on the side of the highway that leads to the bay of Jal. The church has a small area and a nave with a gable roof. In the small apse and niche, you can see wall paintings that decorate the church.
The church carries important historical values and was declared a cultural monument in 1979. In May 1907, Mihal Grameno, together with other members of the Çerçiz Topulli group , spread the Albanian language through textbooks, using this church as a place of refuge.
It is a simple church, measuring 4.4×9.5 m. The naos is separated from the altar by a simple wall iconostasis, equipped with two entrances. Inside the apse and in the niche next to it, the only traces of the fresco, which once decorated the interior walls of the church, are preserved.
